This is to inform you that the management has decided to terminate your employment with our
organization.

Your services will be terminated from the company with effect from 3rd August 2017.

As you know that the behavior demonstrated by you today is not acceptable and will not be
tolerated. It was inappropriate for you to use abusive language to your co-worker. This is
certainly not in compliance with our company policies and procedures.
