Steps for Basics on ETABS

On Etabs the steps for a basic structure involve the following steps:

A. Model Initialization
Here we find the display units which will be the Metric SI, then we find the steel section
database where we define the country (by choice I usually use the Indian one out of
convenience). Further we have the steel design code IS 800:2007 and the concrete design
code the IS 456:2000.
