2. Nowadays, it is important to have an ideal market plan for our company. For this reason,
it is important to consider the following points: First, explore current industry trends to
know what to expect from the markets and future expectations. Second, analyze and listen
to customers' opinions. Third, identify competitors and identify how the brand differentiates
itself from others.
Fourth and fifth, it is necessary to analyze the business model to make a proper market plan
and as a seventh point, to be able to implement it. However, as an eighth point, it is
necessary to follow the performance of that plan to know if it worked or not or if it is
necessary, as a final point, to look at other alternatives to change or improve the business
positioning.
