1. Why is it that ROTC is an important component of NSTP?

ROTC is an important component of NSTP because it helps maintain and regulate

the peace and security of our country. It is very essential in securing the nation’s welfare
in terms of being equipped with the education and defense preparedness program for
Filipino college students military reserves. Knowing that every country is vulnerable
without its protection, this program is of great help which imply every student’s capability
and knowledge upon protecting themselves and of course the country. This program will
also strengthen the bravery and knowledge of each Filipino college students in knowing
its advantaging factors. It practice student’s to prior their responsibility as an individual
and as a citizen of the country.

2. What are the reasons why CWTS is unique from the other two components?

The reasons why CWTS is unique from the other two components are; it helps
protect the integrated values of education, implies transformational leadership,
community- building, national renewal, global solidarity and sustain social mobilization
for youth development. Unlike the other two components which helps to maintain
peace and awareness of literacy, the CWTS provides relevant activities that will
contribute to the physical, intellectual, spiritual and social development of students,
inculcates values of leadership, patriotism and social responsibility, train students to
become project planners, conducts capability enhancements for civic welfare services
geared toward preparing youth to become results-oriented social entrepreneurs,
volunteers, and socio-economic mobilizing force that serves communities as
value-drive innovators for progress and creates opportunities where students can
render direct service to the community. With these information aforementioned, this
just justified that CWTS is unique from the other two components.

3. It is important to know the Bill of Rights?

Living in a democratic country is a blessing. Having the freedom to speak and

control the nation’s power through the citizens is also part of its advantages. By that, I
strongly agree that it is important to know the Bill of Rights and yes, the Bill of Rights is
vital for us in order to know the limitations of our freedom and what is our right as a
human being. Everyone has its own right to express. The Bill of Rights is vital to the
country and is very important to learn because it protects the basic rights of humans. It
was put into place to protect the rights of the people so that government and government
agencies cannot impose laws that restrict the freedoms and liberties of the people. The
Bill of Rights ensures that all are given the right to conduct their lives in accordance with
their own opinions and beliefs. It guards people against corrupt governments and
regimes and ensures that all people are entitled to the same freedoms and rights
regardless of age, race, sex or station. The bill of rights serves as the the voice of each
individual in the state. It contains each law that helps impose the human and the nation’s
welfare in terms of rules. Bill of Rights is much important to know because the law itself
speaks for justice and our rights as the country’s citizen.
