PROJECT UGYON

Project Ugyon is a non-profit organization that aims to address the


community's different issues, particularly in terms of social, economic, and
environmental conditions. The said organization comprises youths who
willingly contribute their time and effort to make changes within the community,
especially in these challenging times. Funds of the organizations will be
coming from donation drives and Inter-Generated Programs such as
merchandise selling.

Steps in Conducting the PROJECT UGYON Program.

Step 1: Opening and Socialization

This provides a common goal of having a feasible and elaborated plan


and a shared understanding of why the program is needed.

Step 2: Social and Environmental Mapping financing

It helps understand the current conditions in the community life that are
the social, economic, or environmental conditions. By sketching a map,
the community will get a better sketch of challenges and priorities.

Step 3: Identifying the Problems, Needs, and Potential Resources

This shows the community's problems, the needs that must be met to
overcome the issues, and the financial resources available to
accomplish the needs.

Step 4: Determining the Priority in Problems and Needs

The community members rank the problems and needs according to


their level of urgency, their importance for the growth and development
of community life.

Step 5: Formulating the Choice of strategy

The strategy is developed and the approach chosen that is the most
feasible to be used in overcoming the problems and fulfilling the needs
on the priority list.

Step 6: Formulating the Choice of plan


It involves determining which plan has to be taken in implementing the
chosen strategy and approach.

Step 7: Formulating the Implementation Plan.

Involves formulating the schedule.

Step 8: Formulating the monitoring and Evaluation Plan

Involves formulating a plan and system of monitoring and evaluating the


execution of activities.

Step 9: Implementation, monitoring, and Evaluation

It is consisting of carrying out the plan as well as monitoring and


evaluating it.
