    1. 10% Down Payment upon Contract Award, 100% payment upon mechanical Completion
    and Warranty period will be covered by Warranty Bond.
    2. Term of Payment : Monthly Progress Payment
    3. To be provided by PT. CHANDRA ASIH PETROCHEMICAL are:
    a.Temporary facilities area (site office, workshop, warehouse, lay down, parking area, etc).
    b. Water for Construction (PT. CHANDRA ASIH PETROCHEMICAL will connect from
    existing tapping point connection).
