The Idea of sacred love is establishing the
chastity-
devotion
principle inside.
An array of thingy enables
one to do that. One of which
is to oppose de energies of an
opposing nature.

De weight is thrown on de
opposite side of the
equilibrium.

This key from ancients, is expanded on by Alice Bailey, in her study of the
Yogasutras, guided by an immortal adept. Here is my take on it,

The idea is to let the opposing sense fountain forth from

the soul, the inner most, evolve it through the astral and
emotional bodies, which are deeper dimensional.

And then establish the state in the physical. Now, observe the movements associated
with it in the physical. The energies are rising, there is joy, strength, the spinal
energies are of a rising quality. Abide in that observation for a while, fusing the state
of the body, and the fountained sense from the Soul, as one.
