What We Learned In Class…


Suggestions to Help Students
In class, the students have been learning about the importance of
physical activity and how they can live healthy lives. The following
ways are examples where you can assist what the students are
learning in class during their lives at home:

 The students have a journal where they write a new log every Nutrition Guidelines
