the spouse’s photograph
2. Visa application form of child/children signed by parent and 1 biometric
picture in front of white background
3. Husbands “Meldebescheinigung” / German registration certificate
4. Copy of spouse`s / family member`s residence permit or copy of spouse`s
/ family member`s German / EU passport
5. Applicants passport page 1 and 2 and previous passports + stamped
pages
6. Applicants ID card
7. Passport pages 1 and 2 of child/children + stamped pages
8. Husbands passport page 1 and 2 and all stamped pages
9. Birth certificates:
- applicant
