 Germany’s legal environment: Germany is a democratic country with a constitution.

rolling submission to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in October, and it intends to
keep in touch with the agency on a regular basis to share the findings of their ongoing Phase
3 trial.

 Cost: After signing a contract for 100 million doses at a cost of $1.95 billion, or around €16
per dose.

 Risk: The vaccination programs in Germany are in danger, according to Germany


governments, after Pfizer, the world's largest pharmaceutical company, declared a temporary
halt in deliveries of its Covid-19 vaccine after that Germany law provide adequate protection

 Opportunities: A new opportunity for the development of the COVID-19 vaccine produced
