1. Q: What did you value most when looking for a college that fit you?
A: I wanted a school that was close to home and offered programs that I was interested in. Also
that helped support the VA waiver I was granted.

2. Q: Do you prefer living on or off campus and why?

A:I guess I’d say living off campus because I haven’t had the opportunity due to Covid but it’s
been nice staying at home with my family.

3. Q: Are you involved in any campus clubs? If so, what are they, why did you join, and what
do you enjoy about them?
A: I’m not involved in any clubs on campus, but I look forward to joining in the fall.

4. Q: What does student government do for the campus?

A: Student government is in charge of organizing and managing different events, activities and
programs at the school.

5. Q: What is the best way to get help/tutoring with my schoolwork?

A: I attend study sessions online or go to the writing center when I need help on any
assignments I’m working on.

6. Q: How are you paying for the costs of college?

A:I was lucky enough to get a VA waiver to pay for the majority of school. My family and I pay
the rest of the fees.

7. Q: Has this college met your expectations? Why or why not?

A: I’d say yes and no, I know college was going to be a lot harder compared to high school, but I
don’t think I’ve had the whole experience yet so I can’t say if it’s met my expectations.

8. Q: Do you work on campus? If so, where? How did you get this job?
A: I do not work on campus.

9. Q: Do you feel safe on campus? Why or why not?

A: Can’t really say because I haven’t been on campus but I think the school environment is safe
and I feel open enough to express my opinions.

10. Q: What do you like about the teaching staff? What do you dislike?
A: For the most part, I do. You can really tell which professors want their students to succeed
and which ones just want the paycheck.

11. Q: What advice do you have for a new student at this campus?
A: I would say to just be themselves and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
