Daily Routine

Morning Afternoon Evening

On Monday, l get up at 7 am. l take a shower at 7.10 am. After, l brus my

teeth at 7.35. l have breakfast two eggs with coffee. l usually go to work
at 8 am.l have lunch at 12 pm with my family. After, I go to work at 2 pm.
l drink coffee every day in the office. When I go to house, I eat dinner
Meat o chicken with rice, salad and juice. I go to gym at 8 pm with my
daughter. After, I take a shower at 10 pm. I brush my teeth and I go to
sleep at 10.30 pm.
