Nurul : I am Nurul Hidayah as a nurse.

Novi : and I am Novita Rahayu Sujiati as a patient

Nurul: Good morning, ma’am

Novi : Good morning, nurse

Nurul: Okey ma’am, my name is Nurul Hidayah. You can call me Nurul, and what is your name?

Novi : My name is Mrs. Novita

Nurul: Mrs. Novita, i will take care of you from this morning until this afternoon. Exactly at 2 pm, if you
need anything or my help you can call me in nurse station. How are you today, ma’am? Do you have any
problem today?

Novi : There is something wrong with me, i have a problem with headache and my nape feel heavy.

Nuruk : Did you sleep well last night ma’am?

Novi : Not really, cause i still got a problem with my headache.

Nurul : Okey mrs. Novita, this morning i will check your condition, i would like to measure your blood
pressure. May i measure your blood pressure?

Novi: Surely nurse Nurul, i’m ready, please check it

Nurul: Would you mind to stretching your hand, please?

Novi : Of course

Nurul : Excuse me, ma’am. Would you mind roll your sleeve up?

Novi : Sure

Nurul : (Checking the blood preassure)

I have finish measured your blood pressure

Novi : What is my blood pressure, nurse?

Nurul : Your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg. You got a problem with your blood pressure cause is too
high range and i will report this to a doctor. and now you need a rest a little bit. Morever, you have to
avoid the high fat foods, and also limit sodium, sweets, sugary drinks, and red meats. Often exercise and
dont to be stress.

Novi : Okey nurse, thankyou for your information, i’ll change to my lifetyle.
Nurul : Your wellcome and after that you should take your medicine, be healthy ma’am

Novi : Yes nurse
