I have a problem with a co-worker and I need your advice. Since last week our common friends
have been away from me because I discovered that this colleague was falsifying information and I
reported it, and that was not accepted by the rest and they got upset with me and now I am alone.
I don't know what to do in this situation because the work environment has changed, I feel
isolated. What do you think of the problem, what should I do about it? Do you think I should make
friends with other people?

Dear friend

I think you did the right thing, since I know values and honesty should be practiced responsibly at
all levels. If I were in your shoes, I would have done the same because we should not be complicit
in this type of event. With regard to mutual friends, they will soon understand that your action
was successful and again the work environment will be strengthened.
