DESIGNATING THE FOCAL PERSON, ALTERNATIVE FOCAL PERSON,


AUTHORIZED ENCODER, AND ALTERNATE AS ALTERNATE AUTHORIZED
ENCODER FOR THE INTEGRATED DRUG MONITORING AND REPORTING
INFORMATION SYSTEM ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL – REPORTING SYSTEM
(IDMRIS ADAC-RS) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF _______

WHEREAS, pursuant to DILG-DDB Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01


providing the guidelines on the functionality and effectiveness of Local
Anti-Drug Abuse Councils, the Dangerous Drugs Board Secretariat;

WHEREAS, to directly monitor the programs and activities of local government units
that are in line with the thrusts of the national government particularly on
anti-drug related program and activities, Integrated Drug Monitoring and
Reporting Information System Anti-Drug Abuse Council – Reporting
System (IDMRIS ADAC-RS) was developed;

WHEREAS, the local government units are directed to designate Focal Person,
Alternate Focal Person, Authorized Encoder and Alternate Authorized
Encoder for the implementation of IDMRIS ADAC-RS;

NOW THEREFORE, I, __________, Municipal Mayor of _________, by the virtue of


power vested in me by laws, do hereby ORDER:

Section 1. Designation. The following are hereby designated:

Section 2. Duties and Function. The above designated personnel shall:

a. Provide details for the creation of the LGU IDMRIS Account;


b. Gather data deemed necessary for the IDMRIS;
c. Be responsible in encoding, uploading, reporting and other activities
related to the operation of IDMRIS; and
d. Report to the MADAC on the updates of IDMRIS.

Section 3. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
