The end of year examination will commence online from Monday 24th May, 2021. Please find below the
schedule & test topics which will be assessed in the promotion exams. It is important to note that all the
relevant work done in books, notebooks, workbooks or worksheets, handouts and online work, will be
included in the examination. The exam will be a combination of both direct and conceptual questions.

chapters are included for preparations.
Please note the following:

1. At 8.00 am every day, go to MS Teams and click on ‘Calendar’ from the left menu bar.
2. Calendar will show the scheduled exam meeting for that day. This meeting will be called
‘Final Exam Meeting’.
3. Click on the meeting to join. Your class teacher will allow you to enter.

4. Your camera must be turned On.
5. The class teacher will mark the attendance at 8:05 am and explain the steps for starting the
paper.
6. Paper 1 will be invigilated and the teacher will remain online during this time.
7. In case of any technical issues or queries, immediately inform the teacher or call the school
office. If you have a query related to the content of the paper, you can inform your class teacher
and he/she will call your subject teacher to help.
8. For paper 2, students will not be required to be a part of the meeting. Students will attempt the paper on
their own and submit it within the given time limit.
9. NO paper will be accepted via WhatsApp or email.
10. All papers MUST be turned in properly on Teams.
