ORDER OF THE COURT

LUANDA, J.A.:

Mr. Bernard Buhoma learned counsel informed the Court that he has

no instructions to represent the applicant though he lodged this application

for “Stay of execution.” But the application for stay of execution leaves

much to be deserved. A part from being not properly drafted, the decree

and judgment which the applicant intended to be stayed is not attached.

It will be very difficult for the Court to entertain such an application. In

view of the foregoing it is clear that the application is incompetent. The

same is struck out, notwithstanding the application of withdrawal made by

Mr. Buhoma.

Order accordingly.
