Evidence: The happiness advantage

I still remember when I was in the school, I hadn’t understood mathematical

equations. It was a difficult moment. I had felt stress, anxiety and angry. I had just
felt frustrated because when I always had wanted to be the best in the class and
couldn’t be. It is a weird feeling. But all was not lost, I had my older sister to help
me. She had taken the time for teaching me mathematical equations. Every
afternoon, after she had arrived at home. She had made me great math problems,
for example she associated each problem with some topic of interest to me. As
soon as I had put it in practice in my life. I had already stopped thinking that I didn’t
understood when I had done all tasks and I had sent them at teacher. I think
without her help I hadn’t understood mathematical equations until she helped me.
