Aircraft, engine, and other component FOD prevention are under the responsibilities of all Senior Manager, Manager, Maintenance & Inspection Personnel. To avoid FOD, a number of rules are adopted in the engine shops, hangars, and workshops. To prevent free line cloth/majun as FOD, shall pay attention regarding these following matters: 1. Maintenance area shall be free from foreign object damage. 2. Ensure free line cloth/majun usage has been monitored during maintenance to prevent FOD on aircraft, engine, and component as per Quality Procedure 207-02. 3. Ensure free line cloth/majun is properly disposed of, since its consider as B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun) material as per HSE Level 2 Procedure HSE-502.
