Conclusion:

The main focus of this report was to figure out ways on how EBL authority has tackled the situations
which has been brought by COVID situation and the innovations they brought to muscle out those
challenges. the informal “Qurbani Bazaar” to a formal one. We have taken consideration and perception
from both the customers and seller. We have gone with primary & secondary data both. Starting from the
literature review we have ended with our recommendation.

Gradually we have catered our primary data collected through surveys and figured out the findings from
those data analyses. We have introduced 3 hypothesis on Digitization, Contractual and Monitorization
and based on these we have set 15 questioner and collected the data from 30 respondent and set the
methodology. After overcoming the limitation like time shortage, limited access to data etc. we have
performed the stastical analysis (ANOVA result) and we can conclude that if we can implement our
proposed strategy (hypothesis) Qurbani bazar can be consolidated from fragmented. However, from our
research we have recommended people need to be have more precise digital marketing knowledge, they
should pre-booked the market place, seasonal contract can be done and most importantly local
government monitorization for smooth execution.
