Considering your invaluable feedback, following is the purchasing policy 2020. 


 
PURCHASING POLICY - 2020

 
Order Taking & Processing 

-          Order will only be booked on proper emails between Mondays – Friday  (10 am – 3 pm)

-          Shop@Superior will not entertain any order on telephone call

-          Order will only be considered after payment slip and order form emailed to Regional Managers. No
direct order to the Shop@superior would be entertained by the management

-          Walk-in clients are requested to complete order process 2 days before their arrival

 
Bundle Purchasing & Flexibilities

-          Shop@Superior will provide bundle packs for Pre & Primary Schools that would be containing books
except reader (1-7), all notebooks, diary and progress reports.

-         Only 15% loose books & notebooks will also be available on demand of franchise associate

Order Delivery

-          Minimum order delivering period will be 5 working days after payment & slip received

-          Shop@Superior will charge 2 % of the total amount of each order as delivery charges. (Not including
overnight delivery)

-          In case of urgent delivery, charges may be applicable that will be varying for different cities
depending on the distance and accessibility

 
Selling to Book Shops

-          Shop@Superior will only deliver products to the authorized shopkeepers i.e.; having an authorization
form duly sign by respected franchise associate

-          Authorized shopkeeper will only sell products on retail prices mentioned by Head Office.
