One lazy evening, Ghazali was cycling around the neighbour. It was a
sunny day. The sun was shining brightly in the sky when he left his house. It
was a perfect day for cycling. As he was cycling, he came across a notice on a
notice board about an art competition. He was very curious about the
competition. He wanted to take part in the competition.
Without delay, he cycled home as fast as lightning and related about the
competition to his mother. Later, Ghazali and his mother went to a stationery
shop which is located approximately 5 kilometres from their house. Therefore,
they went there by car. After 10 minutes, they arrived safely at the shop.
Ghazali bought a new set of paint and brushes. He practised at home drawing
and colouring as he believed, “Practice makes perfect.”
One the day of the competition, Ghazali went early to Kenari Town Hall
to take part in the competition. There were many children and their parents at
the hall. The hall was crowded and noisy. Ghazali drew the picture beautifully.
The activity was indeed very interesting. He did not realize that he had spent an
hour at the competition. After that, he handed in his drawing.
