QUESTION.

Civil Law Act 1956 was revised in 1972 to harmonized the

application of English law throughout Malaysia.

In your opinion, is the objective achieved and discuss the extent to

which the Civil Law Act 1956 (Revised 1972) has achieve this
objective.
