- Emotion control is important to maintain a stable sleeping schedule and sleep quality

TIPS: - Sharing with a person you can trust about what is happening to you, which help you to relieve
before going to bed

- Create a comfortable sleeping space, dark, cool, and quiet which help you to cool down your
negative emotions
