- Profile of the College you have selected, stating when it was established and its vision and mission
and core programmes (from the company website).
- Justification of the project. Due to the directives of the Ministry of Labour to increase the number of
Omani nationals in the higher education, the management felt the need to initiate this project to
address this problem. Also state the contribution of the project to the overall performance of the
company.
Task P1
The aim of the project it to enhance the Omanization process in Higher education by increasing the

- Applying primary and secondary methods for meeting project aims and objectives
- Primary methods can be in form of interview ( 2 interview with top management FOR WHAT PURPSOES–
Who are they, sample of questions to be asked, and their objective
- Design a small questionnaire containing 15 questions to assess the talent management in the College, ( 3
questions related to personal information (gender, age, etc), 10 questions related to talent management (i.e
likert scale: Highly satisfied (HS), Satisfied (S), Neutral (N), Dissatisfied (D), Highly Dissatisfied (HD), and 2
open-ended questions, at the end of the questionnaire ( what is your view…… )
- Determine the sample size (minimum 30, 35,40 ) for the questionnaire. Ie how many employees are
supposed to fill the questionnaire. How the questionnaire will be administered (online or paper and pencil
…..etc) using Google Form, Survey Monkey, e-mails,,,,,,,,
- What type of secondary data you need and from where you will get them? (Organization website, NCSI)
