WINDSOR HIGH SCHOOL February 25, 2021 Dear Sir or Madame, 11am pleased to have the opportunity to write ths letter on behalf of Bailey Campanella, a young ‘woman T have come to know and admire over the past two school years. Bailey enrolled as a junior in the Pre-Med Core, one of several vocation-oriented focus areas available for upperclassmen here at ‘Windsor High School. The purpose of the Pre-Med Core is to provide students who are interested in. pursuing careers in health care or public health with the knowledge and skills they will need in order to be competent and competitive in both educational and work settings after high school. Bailey has been a joy to teach and shining example of our core’s values, which are Commitment, Compassion and Integrity, Bailey immediately made a strong impression when she came to our core; it quickly became apparent that she isan intelligent, insightful and conscientious young lady, Bailey's work is alweys done in a thorough and thoughtful manner, showing a genuine interest in learning and a commitment to doing her absolute best every time. I don’t think Bailey has ever failed to tur in an assignment, or even tured one in late, which shows a level of discipline and focus that is fairly rare among her peers. Itis apparent that her education is extremely important to her, and having taught her older brother, | know that this is a value which has been a central aspect of her upbringing In addition to her academic capabilities, Bailey has several other qualities which will serve her well on her road to becoming a nurse: She is well spoken, extremely polite and friendly, and her strong communication skills allow her to work effectively with others, having the ability to either lead by example or follow directions without complaint. Bailey's success in athletics also shows determination, dedication and a cooperative sprit, I am certain her hard work and commitment are going to pay great dividends, and I eagerly anticipate hearing about her future successes.
