Responsibility:
As Marketing Staff:
Contacting and monthly visiting Industrial Parks to establish connections with them for acquiring up-to-date
information about projects invested in those areas.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the Government authorities.
Cooperating with external parties to implement advertising activities as required
Preparing activity reports and submitting to the Sales & Marketing Manager
As QA Staff:
Setting up the documents system according to ISO standards
Providing instruction for applying documents to all departments and project teams
Identifying specific skill sets Staff needed to fulfill the specific roles and tasks on their teams
Collecting, classifying, arranging system of legal documents related to the activities of all departments within the
company.
Communicating with external parties on matters concerning the quality management system
Reporting to QA Manager on the performance of the QMS and any needs for improvement;
Achievements:
Increased Company’s sales remarkably through joining the Tender Team and making significant changes in
Quality Documents. (In 2014, our Tender Team won three projects from Suntory Pepsico)
Assisted QA Manager in managing project teams across multiple geographic locations to obtain the good
quality of construction work and satisfy clients’ requirements (An example would be the Suzuki Project, we
had an overall client satisfaction rate of 95%)
Provided leadership and guidance to build and maintain a high performance environment.
Developed and maintained positive working relationships with all the departments engaged with the overall
QA team
2/ Import/Export
Responsibility:
- Supporting Trading Director to monitor the movement of goods in and out of the country, ensuring
compliance with local, national and international trading policies, rules and regulations
- Handling all new export email inquiries and timely following up with them
- Negotiating freight rates and delivery schedules with shippers, agents and vendors.
- Reviewing all entries, client invoice packages and file record keeping prior to submitting to Accountant
Department for final review and payment.
- Performing administrative duties such as maintaining file records, updating trading database, handling
trading documents and materials, ordering and maintaining office supplies
Achievements:
- Developed negotiation skills through daily contact with variety of people such as shippers, agents and
vendors
- Established and maintained long-term relationships with business partners and company staff
- Studied and evaluated market behaviors of West Africa importers to prevent potential risks could affect
trading activities
3/ Marketing Executive – C.T GROUP
Responsibility:
Conducting market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers in
order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future projects.
Working closely with Event and Communication Department to blend the direct marketing requirements with
broader communication strategy to support sales activities
Assisted the Marketing Manager in managing marketing budgets and ensured that all activities had been
delivered within defined budgets.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, prices, and results.
Achievements:
Organized successfully the launching event of the 2nd phase of C.T Sphinx Golf Club & Residences on
October 2012.
