TUITION AND FEES

YEARLY TUITION for Kindergarten (K) through 8th Grade: Our mission is that all
parents who want a Catholic education for their child(ren) should have that option. The
principal is willing to meet with you to discuss tuition.

To be eligible for the Supporting Tuition rate, a student’s parents must be Registered
Members of St. Philomena Church and use their assigned Church Envelope each week with
a Minimum Donation of $5.00 per week x 52 weeks for the preceding year (2018). St.
Philomena Church will confirm if you are a Supporting or Non-Supporting member of the
Parish.

YEARLY TUITION for Transitional Kindergarten (TK):

$5000 Per Student – Only Child

$4000 Per TK Student (If 2nd, 3rd or 4th Child)

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

1 Payment: 4% discount on Tuition (only) if Full Payment of Tuition & Fees

are paid at before the Registration Deadline.
2 Payments: 1st Payment during Registration - 2nd Payment by November 7.
F.A.C.T.S: 11 Monthly Payments (Begins in July 2019 ends May 2020).
Tuition, Fundraising & Home Assistance (Volunteer Hours)
may be prepaid or applied to your FACTS account. Also, please
remember that FACTS charges a onetime fee of $46.00 for each
year.

Note -- The difference between the actual cost and the tution rates is realized through
fundraisers and grants.

Other fees that may apply throughout the Year are:

Late Fees: $25.00 (Assessed to all payments submitted after a stated deadline date.)
Returned Check Fee: $25.00 for each NSF check returned.

Late fees may also be subject to further incremental increases (according to the length
of time they remain outstanding). Report card conferences will be held with the
Principal for all families who have any type of outstanding financial obligations at the end
of each grading period. Final Report Cards will be picked up from the Principal after the
last day of School if accounts are not settled before the appointed date.

HOME ASSISTANCE HOURS

Each family is required to do a minimum of 25 Home Assistance (Volunteer) Hours at

the School in each School year. At least 5 of these hours must be for Yard Duty
during the students lunch hour. Each hour is equal to $12.00. You will have most of the
School Year to work the required Home Assistance (Volunteer) hours. Sign-Up for all
Volunteer Events (Yard Duty & Hot Lunch included) will be done online through
School Speak. If you are unable to work the hours, you may pay for your Home
Assistance (Volunteer) Hours ($300.00) in advance at the time of your Registration or
include it with your monthly FACTS Tuition payment. You also have the option during
Registration to pay the $60.00 to cover your Yard Duty hours only and then work the
remaining 20 Volunteer Hours throughout the School Year. At the end of the year, any
uncompleted hours will be charged at $12.00 per hour.
