Historically Significant Person -

Qin Shi Huangdi was the first emperor of china and the emperor of the Qin
dynasty. He is a great historical figure who is widely known for uniting China through
many great battles, starting the construction of the great wall and making a city sized
mausoleum which is guarded by life sized terracotta warriors. There have been
many philosophers who have written books about Qin Shi Huangdi. One great
example is called the “Art of War”, in this book Sun Tzu says “He appears weak
when strong, and strong when weak.” This quotation shows that even the strongest
general in China thought that he was a very talented emperor and a great strategist.
Overall he has done many things which are historically significant which have
impacted all of our lives.
