Attnetion, Interest

Repetition (reinforces neural pathways)

Take rests between learning sessions. Adequate good sleep consolidates things from short term
memory to long term memory. Drink Water. Take deep long breaths. Meditate.

Working Memory (short term memory) ( can remember at most 7 different unlinked objects at a
time), repetition moves to long term memory. You will forget what you think you do not need, so
interest is very important. Really mentally think about what you want to remember.

Procedural Maemory - Memory for skills

Semantic Network - Things are organized like a tree in memory. Things linked with one another
are remembered. Use shortcuts and Mnemonics to remember.

Forgetting - Interference in getting or recalling information.
