Explain briefly the following terms:

1. Dualistic Economy
Answer: Dualistic economy term is known to refer two different types of co-
existing in the same environment. I-e: A capitalist economy and a labour
intensive agricultural sector.

2. Free Enterprise System

Answer: Free enterprise system is an economic system where the
government places very few restrictions on the business activities. In a free
market Business owner are free to perform business activities freely

3. Consumer’s Sovereignty
Answer: Consumer sovereignty term refers to a theory that Production of
goods and services depend upon the consumer preferences.

4. Agricultural Finance
Answer: It is the study of financing and liquidating the services credit
provides to farm borrowers.

5. Economic Holding
Answer: It is the size of land taken per household, and the gross
income necessary to provide support to the peasant’s household.
