INJUNCTION

Most Respectfully Showeth:


1. That the plaintiff filed the present suit for partition.

2. That it is the case of plaintiff that the suit property being an ancestral, held by the
Defendant as a Karta of the family consisting of the plaintiff and the defendant.

3. It is submitted that the plaintiff demanded partition of suit property on 23-2-2020, but
the defendant declined to do so and started abusing and threatening the plaintiff that
plaintiff would be severely beaten up and since then, the defendant has obstructed the
enjoyment of suit property.

4. The Plaintiff submits that it may take considerable time for the final decision in the
suit, and there being no other source of income to this plaintiff, except for the suit
property, the family of plaintiff would be subjected to hardships.

5. That the plaintiff is sanguine about the success of the suit.

PRAYER
It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to
1. Pass an ad interim order, during this pendency of suit, restraining the Defendant from
obstructing the Plaintiff in his enjoyment of the suit property be kindly issued against
the Defendant.
2. Any other order or further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in
larger interest of Justice.
