In the Fig. A ,to engage the LP trip first pull the reset knob.1 and give the oil pressure from bottom
half(Maintain oil pressure 1.3 to 1.5 Kg/cm²), the pilot valve 2 will lift up ,and this will be the running
condition, shown in the Fig. A

In the Fig. B, when the oil pressure will comes below the 0.5 to 0.7 Kg/cm² the pilot valve will comes
down due to spring force(3) and reset knob 1 will rest on the face of the pilot valve 4(as shown in Fig.B),
this will be the reset or trip position.
