det ovan angivna lufttrafikföretaget eller den saken eljest anses
röra angående fordran för försenade och inställda flyg samt vid
nekad ombordstigning enligt EU-förordning 261/2004 i
förhållande till flygningen(-arna) som anges genom ovannämnda
bokningsreferens och att jämväl utom domstol iakttaga och
bevaka min rätt, att uppbära och kvittera alla mig i saken
tillkommande medel och handlingar samt ingå förlikning. Denna
fullmakt bekräftar att tidigare kravöverlåtelse eller bemyndigande
i förhållande till fordran har annullerats.

Power of attorney for MARIE BEXELIUS, AirHelp Limited, CB No.
1926223, BR No. 61625023-000, with full power of substitution,
on my/ours behalf at all courts of law in Sweden and before other
authorities in Sweden, to institute legal proceedings and to
represent and plead my cause against the operating carrier
identified above or whomever the matter may concern regarding
the claim for delayed and cancelled flights and denied boarding
according to EC Regulation 261/2004, pursuant to Regulation EC
261/04 in relation to the operated flight(s) identified by the
booking reference mentioned above, and to represent and plead
me otherwise in the matter, to collect, receive and give receipts
for all payments and documents accruing to me in the matter,
and on my behalf settle out of court. This Power of Attorney
confirms that any previous claim assignments or authorizations
in relation to the claim have been annulled.
