Dear Admissions Team,

In this letter I will explain the reasons of my interest in the double Master of International
Business and Marketing as well as my future professional ambitions. I am a Social
Communicator, and as much as I enjoyed my career and my past jobs, I want to take a step
further so that I can have a broader vision of the whole business world and acquire new
management tools. I envision myself as an empowered business professional. I know I can
build my way there with the knowledge QUT University can offer me, and most definitely,
with hard work.

I am interested in studying in Queensland University of Technology because I deeply

appreciate the fact that I can learn via applied knowledge. I think this is the best way for me
to truly learn from real practical cases. I think QUT can show me a real vision of the world,
through academia, cases, internships and relationships with peers and faculty. The
University’s rapid growth, and its outstanding quality, interest me deeply as I consider that
being a part of this program will be an excellent opportunity to challenge and further
develop my skills in Business. I would be honoured to belong to QUT for its world-
renowned reputation, the Triple Crown accreditation, and the top rankings of its programs,
so that I can plan my future at a global level.

My previous professional experience has been mainly in advertising agencies where I’ve
learned Marketing and Communications. Also, I worked in Social Media Marketing, a field
I’m passionate about and one that I have also pursued as an entrepreneur. After my Master
in Business, I wish to work in a Marketing department, and later in my life, continue to
become an entrepreneur so that I can reap the fruits of what I’ve built working and
studying.

I am a very dedicated student and I desire to relentlessly continue to pursue my aspirations;

therefore, I know all my energy will focus on learning, specially those new subjects I’ve
never had the chance to study. These two years will contribute to build my future, and the
knowledge and new experiences are going to help me grow personally, as well as,
professionally, setting the pace of my future.
I look forward to deep-diving in this multicultural environment, surrounded by a network
of the best professionals from around the world. I’ve had the chance to travel and meet
different cultures in several regions and I would like to continue getting to know different
kinds of people. Now, I want the chance to take a step closer into becoming a citizen of the
world, specially facing the different challenges that our societies are facing worldwide.

Finally, I really appreciate your kind consideration of my application. To be accepted in

this program, and in your University, would be a real honour for me. I am looking forward
