Having hard time earning your bread and butter ?

doesn't makes your skills disqualified for every


thing.

I have visually perceived so many messages, posts, comments describing their misery of being
unemployed due to x,y,z reasons. But on the other side I have visually perceived lots of employer
repining about the non availability of required aptitude in the country and they require to go for
frugal but costly sources to hire someone who is already working. 

there are number of reasons due to which companies has to do it:

 Companies are self centered.


 Companies has pressure of keeping their operations running and positions filled.
 Cannot hire someone with no experience (Being responsible for mistakes of hired ones)
 Companies cannot wait for some one to be precisely what they want.

So, the unemployed / unseasoned people still remains unemployed.

What we can do?

This is the responsibility of mazuma making educational institutions to analyse the injuctive
authorization of the industry today, and decades after today. So that they can match the degrees being
offered in institutions with the authentic desideratum of the industry. which seems missing right now.
This GAP has made the current aptitude un-employed and employed people more in demand.

Conclusion is to make the edification vocation oriented rather than wishing your favorite studies /
degrees to be in demand.
