Why I should be chosen as AM

First of all, I would like to thank the IJP team and management for giving me this golden
opportunity to apply for this opening.

I believe I should be the perfect fit for this role because of the points listed out below.

Exposure in all Coronis client Projects:

I worked in all the projects in AVEC/ Coronis client as an Audit manager reporting directly
to the client. I was taken care of Process audits, QAP audits, Retro audit, Super audit and creation of
SOP across all the projects in Coronis. Since I was involved in all the projects of Coronis, this would
save all our time rather than selecting another candidate and train him/her in all the projects.

Identifying and managing the resources for cross utilization within Coronis will be much
smoother since all the users and their speciality of expertise are well known.

Multifaceted aspects:

With the knowledge I gathered from both of my current and previous role, I can manage the
team in both the aspects of Ops and QA.

Communication and Interpersonal skills:

I have developed the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to get the team
motivated and get the most from the team in terms of quality and productivity.

Multi-speciality experience:

Since I have good experience in various specialities like E/M, Surgery, and Denial
Management it will be easy for me to provider feedback and support for the team.

Open to work on client needs:

When a new project get transitioned, I was always ready to show my extended support for
that particular project to ensure the transition is smooth. I’m always open to work based on client
needs.

If I’m selected, I would be approachable and supportive point of contact for the team and
their issues / concerns. I’d be doing this role best, which would help me to set all my team up for
success.
