I am writing this letter to share my recent experience on purchasing a pair of jeans, that was not
really satisfied. I ordered, 32 waist pair of blue straight jeans with the product number J-189908
from your online store, on 6th April and received my order on 15 th April After 9 days of placing
order, but unfortunately when I open the product it was very disappointing to see that the
product quality was not up to the mark, Firstly, the main issue was that the size was not that I
was expecting, they sent me smaller size, Secondly, there was swing error like loose threads.

On a significant note, I am very dissatisfied with your product and services, as I am your regular
customer. I would like to request you that if its possible, kindly make a full refund of amount
RS.3500 in my bank account have account number PK360111101100120119.

I am thankful to you for taking out your quality time and would like to appreciate your quick
attention to this matter, looking forward to hear a positive reply from your side.
