SUSTAINABILTY CAMPAIGN
The NUST Environmental Sustainability Campaign is a new endeavour of the NUST
Environmental Club in light of its aforementioned objectives. This ventures aims at
harnessing the ideas of bright young minds and helping them achieve reality in a way that
helps us build a sustainable environment.
NESC will consist of a series of events that ultimately lead up to individuals and
groups promoting their sustainability ideas against each in pursuit of making their goals a
reality. In the initial phases, registration forms shall be opened for all the desiring groups to
register themselves and their ideas. Then the vetting process of the applications will take
place where innovative propositions will be entertained.
Each group will be asked to demonstrate the feasibility, potential, working strategy and
amelioration of the environment that their ideas will bring about. This shall be carried
through a series of presentations and question answer sessions. The participants will be
judged by an experienced jury on the basis of their performance.
At the end, a winner will be chosen from the pool of brilliant mind-sets who would
have played their part in a sustainable future. The winners will be awarded with cash prize of
Rs.50K whereas the runner up will be given gift hampers.
