As responsible for the logistics area I want to offer my apologies for the delay in
the delivery of the order you requested last August 4th.

The delay was due to a glitch in our order handling system, as a result of this
error many of the purchase orders were checked as being processed without being so.
Additionally, we were able to resolve the error in less of 24 hours but the
delivery time could unfortunately not be reduced and a total delay of 48 hours was
accumulated over the usual delivery period.
In addition to our sincere apologies we want to repay you for the inconvenience
caused and your next purchase will receive a discount of 7.5% on the final amount
of the order.

Obviously our main objective is to offer a great quality service in all its stages
and this error has provoked us a great discomfort.

Once again, I apologize and hope that you continue to trust us.
