(ii) to give their views on any matter referred to it by the Board of Directors or by the Chairman or by the Bank Executives; (iii) to sit in the meeting of the Board of Directors and give their views when requested; (iv) to act as arbitrators when so appoin.ed; (v) to impart Islamic training and teachings to the Bank officials and to the comply with any other directions imposed by the regulatory authority from time to time. 158.2 The Shariah Council/Shariah Supervisory Committee shall have a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members whose appoin.ment shall be made by the Board of Directors for a term not exceeding two years and each member may be eligible for reappointment. 1583 The remuneration of the members of the Shariah counci/Shariah Supervisory Committee shall from time to time be determined by the Board of Directors.
