open the raspberry and start hass service

1. port forward internal port to 8123 and external to 8123

2. find the public ip address and search
3. in the port forward value should be added in internal and external port ranges
and internal host
4. after creating duckdns again delete port forward rule 1. and port forward to
80---80 and another 443---443
after finishing encrcypt port forward to external port 443 and internal port 8123
by deleting latter one
