TAPE AUTHORITY MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2020-02-A SERIES OF 2020 SUBJECT: AMENDMENT ON MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2020-02 DATED 14 FEBRUARY 2020 DATE: 19 FEBRUARY 2020 Memorandum Circular 2020-02 dated 14 February 2020 is hereby corrected and should be read as follows: From | ALL NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS To ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND AGENCIES IN THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT INCLUDING LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs), GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR -CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS (GOCCs) AND OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTRUMENTALITIES The following paragraph shall likewise be added thereto: Memorandum Circular 2020-02 shall cover all national ‘government offices and agencies in the Executive Department including local government units (LGUs), government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs) and other government instrumentalities, and not only NGAs and LGUs. Thus, all reference as to coverage applies to all national government offices and agencies in the Executive Department including LGUs, GOCCs and other government instrumentalities. This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and shall take effect immediately following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center -Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
