b. Unemployment is caused by various reasons that come from both the demand side, or employer, and the
supply side, or the worker. Demand-side reductions may be caused by high interest rates, global recession,
and financial crisis. From the supply side, frictional unemployment and structural employment play a great
role.
c. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families is an assistance program that provides cash benefits to
help families achieve self-sufficiency. There are no restrictions on how the money can be used. For
example, you can use the money for rent, gas or other personal expenses.

order to provide good quality education to your children, you need to be employed first so that you can have the

1. Some people work because they love what they do, others like to achive certain goals that they set
themselves. Some feel that they are contributing to somenthing bigger than themselves and that they have a
responsability to society to work. Some work because they like contact to other people.Others wouldn’t know
what to do with their time otherwise.
2. Money is the main reason, because it is a fondemental need to buy food or pay rent and other important
actions.
