My name is Iliut Petru and I work for SC COMPA SA which is a joint stock

company, where the vast majority of employees are shareholders of this

company. This mode of joint stock company arises from an idea of relaunching
the automotive components market after 1989, a rather difficult period for the
entire national economic system. Ioan Deac is the managerial director who put
into practice the idea of SA. (joint stock company), precisely in order to keep a
factory active with the help of the money received from its own employees who
bought shares.
I personally work in this company since 2006 having the position of CNC
Equipment Cooling Systems Manager. This function is based on the maintenance
of these cooling systems and of course the reduction of costs in terms of spare
parts and wear. I consider that I am very appreciated by the directors of this
company due to my permanent involvement in improvement projects and of
course the good results on the corrective and preventive side. As a concrete and
real example I can tell you that I managed to reduce electricity costs for
Workshop 620 DELPHI within SC.COMPA SA. with approximately 300,000 euros
annually. This project initiated and thought by me consisted in installing
ventilation radiators to cool the coolant from CNC machines with outside air, ie
below 10 degrees outside temperature to work cooling only by ventilation with
minimal energy consumption and not with compressors with freon that have a
very high energy consumption.
I can say that this example is just one of many other projects I have done in
collaboration with the subordinate team, and I am proud to be part of this
company which is my second home. The cooling systems are extremely complex
and different from manufacturer to manufacturer and maintaining them in good
operating parameters involves a lot of work considering that we keep in operation
over 2000 such systems
