 To overcome the challenges ,treat all the women and men fairly at work ,respect and support
human rights and non discrimination .
 Ensure the health ,safety and well being of all women .
 Promote education training and professionl development for women .
 Measure and publicly report on progress to achieve gender equality.

This challenges are mostly faced by rural women so this should empower women by educating girl
child ,creating safe environment ,removing sexual inequalities ,removing child marriage, giving the
girl child a chance to see the world.

So in order to ,make the country fully developed country ,women empowerment is an essential tool
to get the goal of development.
