1. How long do you think you will work for us?

I truly respect your opinion. To reply to this question is very difficult. Suppose I say I would
work here for five years or ten years, it may sound unreal. But for me, I do not think it is the question of
how long I can stay here; however, it is the question of how well I can work for you even it is ten years,
it still cannot be considered that I am a good employee if I don’t work well. What I’m trying to say here
is I believe strongly that even five or ten years, it probably doesn’t matter because I will absolutely work
my heart out. Thanks for your question.

I can’t tell you how different between other applicants and me; however, I’ve reviewed the job
description and it mentioned content creation skills on this job. I hope my knowledge and experience will
help me to do my best with this position.

4. What are your long-term career objectives? [อะไรคือจุดประสงค์ หรื อเป้ าหมายใน การทำงานระยะ

I am definitely sure that I would have taken care of my work better and well. Still, I would not
say that I must be a manager or an MD or an owner of one company. It is not because I do not have a
dream but it is because, for me, it is not the proof which can tell everyone I am a successful person.
Therefore, until then, I think I would be one of the high-responsible and high-experience persons.

When I deal with people, especially when I get involved in my work, I always ask the right
person for the right job.

6. How you do cope with pressure? (คุณจัดการกับความกดดันอย่างไร)
As far as I’m concerned, I think I willingly work as hard as I can, even all under pressure
circumstances, which I do not mind at all. Basically, I would relax myself by having some cold beverages
and talking to my colleagues, and then coming back to my table. That already gives me a fresh start.
However, I also think that after every pressure moment that I encountered with/ faced would give and
teach me a lot of lessons until I could feel that I am tougher.

I realize that this is a start-up, so I understand that I need to be as flexible as the situation
requires.

8. What do you think our No.1 priority should be?
In my opinion, I realize that being responsibility is the first priority. In order to achieve all tasks
successfully, everyone needs to take care of their responsibilities pretty (ratger/quite) well before they
will be able to deal/ cope with other parts of their work, such as setting up good teams, managing good
schedules, etc.
สำหรับผม ผมตระหนักเสมอว่า ความรับผิดชอบ คือสิ่ งสำคัญที่มาเป็ นลำดับที่ หนึ ง ที่จะทำให้ทุกๆ

9. What kind of co-workers which you feel uncomfortable when you’re working with? [คนประเภท

There are many types/ kinds of people are working around me. I mean all of my college, as well.
I found that nobody was the same. In fact, I have no intention to boast about, but I confidently believe
that there are no difficulties for me to find anyone difficult because I eventually have to find the way to
adjust myself and learn about people around me quickly and then I would get or achieve the things I
planned for.

11. Do you prefer working as a member of a member or would you rather work alone? (คุณชอบที่จะ

I think working alone allows me to have a lot of freedom. But again, to work with a team, I
would have more prospective to create which I think it depends on what prejects I am working on.
ผมคิดว่าการทำงานคนเดียวมันทำให้ผมมีอิสระสามารถทำอะไรได้คล่องและสะดวกทันที แต่

 12. Continue study?

[EN] I think I will work for a while. After that I will decide what I’m going to
study because during that moment, I will know that I need to improve or what field
of study will be the best for me and that means I definitely can use all knowledge
and apply to my work here, just to make sure that my work will be better again. So I
will talk and negotiate with schools to wait and waive some classes for me. Meaning,
I will schedule myself nicely; however, it will not disturb or interfere my
responsibilities at work at all because the work here is always my priority. Thank
