this is a very popular food in every Italy generally is round and can have different types of forms.
Often made with tomato sauce but may be without sauce. Usually with melted cheese but may
not have cheese. this food we can cooking for the dinner but or rather we can made also for the
breakfast and the lunch. the different schedule for the day. this type of bread. shows us how the
use of flat breads is very typical of Mediterranean cultures, and as described, bread and cheese
already existed as a combined food in the past. their competition was very strong for to get to
know who was the better. also, was a common food at Italian festivals and fairs in North America.

Many authors claim that pizza, as it is known today, originated in the city of Naples (Italy) and
appeared as a popular dish among Neapolitans at some undefined point in the 17th century.3 It is
therefore likely that pizza originated as a food made by the humble inhabitants of the city of
Naples and that its composition was not as varied as it is today. Pizza understood in its simplest
form: as the mixture of bread dough baked in the oven and topped with tomato sauce and cheese.
Bread and cheese are certainly ancient foods in the history of food. However, the pizza's origin is
actually understood, it was created before the 17th century tomatoes were one of the ingredients
