PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Deposit for Pre-Order is strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable

2. The model of the bicycle cannot be changed once it is confirmed.
3. Confirmed bicycle model cannot be upgrade or downgrade.
4. Each Pre-Order is eligible for free gifts. Free gifts are subject to availability.
5. You acknowledge and agree Velo Eighty Eight Studio may decline Pre-Order to avoid
oversubscription or as it deems appropriate. If your Pre-Order is declined, we will make
efforts to inform you within ten (10) days of your Pre-Order, and you will be entitled to a full
refund of the Pre-Order deposit.
6. Participant agrees to all Terms and Conditions of this Pre-Order by paying RM1,000 Deposit.
7. Kindly note that the RM1,000 Deposit is not the final price of the product.
8. Velo Eighty Eight Studio may change these Terms from time to time and will provide you
with written notice of any material changes.
