Hi Eileen

Thanks for sending me an email. I am really glad to hear that you would like to make
your office more environmentally friendly. Here are some of my suggestions that I
hope would help you.

1) You can try a paperless office. That means employees only need to read documents
and upload reports on their computers. In this way, less paper is produced and it may
even help you to be more productive at work.

2) A good way to help you save energy is to switch to automatic light bulbs in your
office. I find that people always forget to turn off the lights before they leave the
office, which wastes a lot of energy. So, you can replace all of your company's light
bulbs with automatic ones. By doing this, the lights will turn off automatically when
no one is in the room, helping you save money on unnecessary electricity bills.

3) In our company, many people have lunch in the office at noon, and everyone has
some wasted food. Why not put a speacial bin in your hallway? Like that, waste food
is collected and can be used as compost for office plants.

4) Put reusable utensils such as spoons, chopsticks and forks in the office common
room. Like that, people don't need to use disposable cutlery when ordering takeout.

I hope my suggestions are useful for you. You are always welcomed to visit our
company if you like. I may give you inspiring ideas.

All the best,

Kaspar

Your email is clear and coherent. My comments are very language-specific and
related to the nuances of particular collocations.
As for the email structure, it is advisable to be coherent in the use of commas in the
salutation and closing, i.e. if you choose not to use a comma after Hi Eileen, don’t use
it after All the best, either.
All in all, very well written!
